Thank you for purchasing N.S. TechProIMG Suite. This document contains installation instructions and license terms.

Installation Guide

To install the system on your server:

Upload all files to your server (public_html).
Ensure the uploads/ folder has write permissions (CHMOD 755 or 777).
Edit send_mail.php and change the email address to yours:
$to = "your-email@example.com";
Requirements: PHP 8.0+, GD Library Extension enabled.
CRITICAL: Ensure the included .htaccess file is uploaded to your root directory to enable clean URLs and security.

Software License Agreement (ULTIMATE WAIVER)

The terms below are provided to limit the liability of N.S-TechDesign as the author of this software.

1. Grant of License

N.S-TechDesign grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the source code included in this package for your own personal or commercial projects.

3. AI Background Removal Feature (End-User Liability)

This feature is delivered as an **integration placeholder**. The core files for AI background removal (such as the ONNX model and the Javascript logic) are **NOT INCLUDED** in this package due to licensing restrictions.

The end-user (you, the purchaser) is solely responsible for obtaining and configuring a commercially licensed AI model (e.g., U2Net, ModNet, or a commercial API key) to enable this feature. **N.S-TechDesign holds no liability for the end-user's choice of model, licensing compliance, or subsequent damages related to AI implementation.**

4. NO WARRANTY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (AS IS)

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS, COPYRIGHT HOLDERS, OR DISTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
